Zachary Greenbaum

Zachary joined the WVFK&N team at the beginning of 2025, as a new addition to the firm’s growing team of experienced birth injury lawyers.

Zachary studied law in Baltimore and graduated from the University of Baltimore School of Law. He has worked in the Baltimore County State’s Attorney’s Office. Before joining WVFK&N, he also worked in insurance defense where he learned about the tactics and strategies used by the insurance companies. Zachary’s experience and insight brings a tactical advantage to the WVFK&N team, and to the clients they serve.

As an Assistant State’s Attorney, Zachary advocated for victims’ rights, developed his trial skills, and gained a deeper appreciation for the importance of supporting people who have been harmed by the actions of others. That experience also introduced him to the attorneys who dedicate their practices to advocating for victims of medical negligence, including the team at Wais, Vogelstein, Forman, Koch & Norman.

Since joining WVFK&N’s birth injury team, Zachary has been able to apply those skills to help families facing some of the most difficult moments of their lives. He joined the firm because of its reputation for care, compassion, and excellence in handling complex medical malpractice cases.

Working alongside this team, I am driven to hold those responsible for medical harm accountable and to help our clients and their families secure the best possible result as they work to rebuild their lives.
