Cheryl Lynn Solomine

Cheryl has experience representing both plaintiffs and defendants in medical malpractice and personal injury cases.

Prior to joining the firm, Cheryl worked for a Washington DC trial defense firm, focusing on the defense of individual healthcare providers and hospitals at all stages of litigation.

Having defended physicians and numerous medical facilities she has insights most attorneys do not. From that experience, it was clear, that her true calling was to advocate for the unheard and most vulnerable, leading her back to Plaintiffs’ personal injury and medical malpractice.

Cheryl practiced at one of Central Alabama’s preeminent boutique litigation firms, where she handled a broad range of high-exposure personal injury matters, including medical malpractice, nursing home litigation, and wrongful death. Many of the clients she represented came from marginalized communities and backgrounds that lacked meaningful access to quality healthcare or the resources necessary to achieve the best possible health outcomes. Through this work, Cheryl gained deep insight into how plaintiffs’ counsel approach strategy and navigate complex litigation.

Drawing upon her diverse background, Cheryl is committed to providing compassionate, effective, and zealous legal representation to her clients. She holds herself to the highest standards of professionalism and ethics while pursuing the best possible outcome in every matter she handles. Cheryl has served as both primary and secondary counsel and has helped secure numerous multi-million-dollar verdicts and settlements in jurisdictions across the country. She is also an active member of a number of local and national organizations dedicated to protecting the rights of the clients she serves.
