Professional Background

During law school, Mr. Manger spent time working to gain experience through as many legal opportunities as possible, both paid and unpaid. In the spring semesters of his legal education, he participated in the University of Baltimore’s American Association for Justice (AAJ) Trial Team, where he competed in the nation’s premier trial competition during spring breaks.

A defining moment in Mr. Manger’s career happened when he secured a clerkship with the Honorable Marcus Z. Shar in the Circuit Court for Baltimore City. During his clerkship, he obtained invaluable experience through his personal interactions and legal discussions with the Judge. Today, he attributes many of his courtroom abilities and perspectives to his time as a clerk - including his understanding of the individual importance of each case to every client he serves.
